We seek an experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to develop and implement speech/language goals for students, evaluate progress, and provide direct and consultative services. The SLP utilizes ABA techniques, leads team efforts, and serves as a positive role model.
Responsibilities- Ensure student safety, supervise activities, and maintain proper credentials.
- Perform assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and specialists; train team members on AAC systems.
- Supervise SLPAs, participate in meetings, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Attend trainings and events; meet physical requirements for intervention.
Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, Massachusetts licensure, and experience with ABA and autism treatment.
