We are hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Springfield, MA. The setting supports therapists with a steady referral base and team support, prioritizing patient care over volume.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Help patients improve mobility, function, strength, and pain management
• Provide ongoing reassessment and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document visits, progress, and treatment plans accurately and on time
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support strong patient outcomes

• Active Physical Therapist license
