Lead Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Clinician

The Lead Adol PHP Clinician is a vital part of Arbour Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent Master’s level graduate or an experienced licensed clinician who is passionate about working with underserved patient populations. This is a full time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position at Green Street in Jamaica Plain.

• Supervise team of PHP clinicians
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Lead therapy groups
• Document clients’ treatment
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide milieu management
• Coordinate, arrange, and monitor discharge planning and continuity of care

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field
• 1-3 years of adolescent psychiatric experience preferred
• LICSW is required
