Nurse Practitioner – Launch Practice; PMHNP - FNP Outpatient + Telehealth

A healthcare partnership platform in Massachusetts is seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) who are ready to launch their own independent practice — with full back-end support handling everything except the clinical care. Available across Boston, Barnstable, Brockton, Framingham, Haverhill, Lowell, Lynn, New Bedford, Pittsfield, Springfield, and Worcester — wherever your community ties and patient relationships already exist.

• Insurance credentialing and payer contracting
• Billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
• EHR setup and ongoing support
• Virtual front desk with live staff answering patient calls
• Scheduling, intake, and operations management
• Legal, compliance, and business setup
• Marketing tools and local growth support

• Your practice — primary care or mental health

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP license (FNP or PMHNP)
• 3+ years of NP experience required
• 2+ years of prior RN experience required

• $85–$200/hour (earning potential grows with practice)
