Clinical Psychology Intern — Hands-On Therapy & Mentorship

As an Intern you'll work in a dynamic outpatient environment providing individual, family, couple, and group therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

• Conduct initial assessments and provide evidence‑based psychotherapy and social‑emotional skills training
• Develop collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward client goals
• Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
• Provide care in various settings, including in‑person, telehealth, and outreach within the community
• Learn about and implement evidence‑based practices while delivering client‑centered services

• Interest in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or mental health field (required)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults (preferred)
• Familiarity with PC/Windows computers, Microsoft Office programs, and email systems (required)
• Willingness to work on‑site in Springfield at least 20% of the time (required)
• Team‑based and goal‑directed approach to client care (preferred)
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence‑based treatment techniques (preferred)
