Salary Range: $27,618 to $96,677 annually
Nonotuck is seeking caregivers in the area of Taunton and surrounding towns to share their home and life with someone with a disability. The Shared Living Caregiver role is to provide a comfortable and safe home while helping the person to have a healthy and enriching life.
Responsibilities- Plan and share meals together.
- Participate in community and social activities.
- Provide transportation.
- Oversee medical care and appointments.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with budgeting.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support.
- Have an available bedroom in your home or be willing to move into the home of the person we serve.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Pass a comprehensive background check (CORI).
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable and insured vehicle.
- Experience working with people with disabilities and/or in the mental health field is helpful.
- Generous monthly stipend.
- Extensive ongoing training.
- Monthly visits and consistent support by a Case Manager.
- Clinical supports.
- 24/7 on call assistance.
