Meadowbrookofgranby is looking for per diem Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team in Barnstable County. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 to $24 per hour, mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must hold an active CNA license in Massachusetts and have some experience in hospice or home health care.
