We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our growing dual‐diagnosis inpatient behavioral health treatment center. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals struggling with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders through evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adult clients.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing, case management, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Facilitate psycho educational and process groups.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and clinical case reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality while adhering to all HIPAA and organizational policies.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
  • Massachusetts licensure preferred but not required: LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LADC.
  • Experience working in an inpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of co‑occurring disorders, crisis intervention, trauma‑informed care, and evidence‑based treatment modalities.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
