Assistant Program Coordinator – Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities? Your Role in Action
  • Provide personalized care: assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
  • Create a nurturing environment: cultivate a warm, safe space that fosters independence, dignity, and respect.
  • Enhance skills: employ positive behavior support methods to address challenges and promote skill development.
  • Collaborate with the team: work alongside therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
Skills and Talents
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism.
  • A valid and current U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy toward individuals from all backgrounds.
  • Reliability, compassion, and patience.
  • Adaptability: flexibility to meet diverse needs and communication styles.
  • Ability to pivot quickly in changing environments and unexpected situations.
