Care Source is seeking a Primary Medical Care Assistant in Springfield, MA to manage patient flow, record vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. You will support the care team, perform point-of-care tests, assist with procedures, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
A medical assisting program and EMT/CNA/LNA training are preferred, with certified phlebotomy technicians a plus. Qualifications include strong communication, empathy, and cultural competence.
