Occupational Therapist

NCYF seeks a full‑time Occupational Therapist to work in our Residential Group Homes directly serving at‑risk youth. The role requires a high level of initiative, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain proper boundaries.

Implement individualized treatment plans.

Lead and model activities of daily living.

Teach and role‑model age‑appropriate social and living skills.

Provide structure and support routines.

Support the treatment philosophy of the program.

Complete home‑making tasks.

Organize and inventory supplies.

Prepare meals, clean, and perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s level Occupational Therapy license preferred.
Successful completion of required trainings once hired, including CPI, CPR, First Aid.
Approved CORI & DCF background checks (pre‑performed by the EEC).
Approved driving background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
