Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recovery Specialist in the Cole’s Place program at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Cole’s Place program with the following:- Providing direct services and ensure the well-being of individuals served.
- Completing Signs of Life safety checks on a timely basis and promoting individuals’ engagement in program care activities.
- Assisting with the milieu management of the program, including with admissions and discharges.
- Transporting individuals served in their own registered and insured vehicle or program van to appointments, meetings, aftercare, etc.
- Providing crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
- Preparing accurate and timely documentation.
- Adhering to regulations and requirements of HIPAA, 42 CFR, and licensing and funding sources.
Cole’s Place is a 40-bed residential program located in Springfield, MA, for men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Our program provides up to 6 months of post-ATS treatment and recovery support for men ages 18+ with a primary alcohol or drug addiction disorder. The diverse experienced team at Cole’s Place provides a variety of services including individual and group counseling, individualized treatments plans, and medical and mental health referrals, among others.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials (preferred).
- One year of experience in substance abuse treatment environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse Regulations (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required).

Available SchedulesPer Diem: varied days, weekends preferred, 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, or 11:00pm-7:30am
Pay Rate$21.00/hr
