Clinical Supervisor - Substance Use Treatment
Arbor Associates is recruiting an independently licensed Clinical Supervisor for a well-established Massachusetts behavioral health organization with a statewide network of medication treatment and recovery programs. This hands-on leadership role is based within a methadone clinic that combines medication treatment, counseling, and evidence-based therapies. You'll develop clinicians, strengthen clinical quality, and remain connected to client care.
What You'll Do- Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians and counselors.
- Oversee caseloads, treatment plans, documentation, and clinical quality.
- Maintain a direct caseload of approximately 25-50 clients.
- Ensure compliance with DPH standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Support program operations, staff development, and quality improvement.
You'll have the opportunity to lead a clinical team, influence treatment quality, and support recovery within an established organization offering a broad continuum of behavioral health and substance use services.
