Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Ambitions ABA is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in‑home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

• Pay: $85–$110 per hour

• Active BCBA Certification
• Proficient with various assessment methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
• Passion for working with children and families

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
