Early Childhood Clinician

What You'll Do:

As an Early Intervention Clinician, you will support children from birth to three years old who have developmental needs, working collaboratively with families to create play-based, personalized activities that promote learning and growth. You will play a crucial role in helping families manage difficult situations, develop strategies to address behavioral challenges, and access community resources.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with families to develop and implement individualized, fun activities that support children's developmental goals
  • Use clinical skills to guide families through challenging circumstances and behavioral management strategies for toddlers
  • Collaborate with families to create treatment plans and ensure strategies align with their values and priorities
  • Assist families in navigating community resources and advocate for their children's needs
  • Work as part of a dedicated team in family homes and community settings to support children in reaching developmental milestones

Who You Are:

  • Master's degree from a recognized accredited institution in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, mental health counseling, marriage & family therapy, educational psychology, developmental psychology is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professionals, Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay Range: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Travel Required:
