BMCHS seeks a Mental Health Worker to join the Psych Nursing team on Seton 5 West. The role supports inpatient psychiatry under RN supervision, caring for adults 18+ and assisting with daily activities and safety.
You will participate in crisis intervention, lead therapy groups, educate patients and families, and document progress for treatment planning. The schedule is 36 hours weekly, nights, with every other weekend.
