DesiredQualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Bilingual fluency; experience providing speech therapy in schools
- SLP-CCC certification highly valued
- Reliable transportation to and from the school
- Ability to pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and CORI/background checks
- Strong commitment to punctuality and communication
- Deliver comprehensive onsite speech and language services to K12 students
- Conduct bilingual assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Recommend assistive technology or strategies to enhance student outcomes
- Adhere to school and district protocols regarding attendance, reporting, and confidentiality
