Therapeutic Training and Support Worker

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is looking for a Therapeutic Training & Support Worker to join our In‑Home Therapy program in the greater Springfield area.

• Deliver therapeutic training and support services in the home, school, and community
• Support youth and families in practicing skills learned in therapy sessions
• Assist with care coordination by collaborating with therapists, schools, and community providers
• Help families build connections to resources, services, and supports
• Provide psychoeducation to caregivers on behavioral health diagnoses, coping skills, and family dynamics
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including progress notes and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and treatment planning

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services‑related field required
• At least 1 year of human services experience required (2 years if Associate’s level)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, behavioral modification, and coping techniques
• Experience providing parenting education and working with children and families required
• Familiarity with child‑serving systems and community resources
• Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
• Strong written, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $22 - $24 per hour
