School Speech Language Pathologist - Springfield, Massachusetts

Make an impact supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade by providing essential speech-language support at the district level. This contract opportunity offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, running from ASAP through June 15, 2027. Youll work alongside a collaborative team, including SLPAs who handle the majority of direct service delivery, allowing you to focus on evaluations, report writing, and presenting at IEP meetings.

Put your SLP skills and expertise to use as you help shape positive educational experiences across a diverse caseload. The district wide structure ensures a variety of cases, supporting students at different educational stages while fostering professional growth and development.

• Massachusetts SLP CCC Certification required
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong skills in conducting assessments, writing detailed reports, and participating in IEP meetings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
• Comfortable supervising and collaborating with SLPAs

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for students across several grade levels
• Write clear, concise, and actionable assessment reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings as a speech-language expert
• Provide some direct speech-language services as needed
• Coordinate with SLPAs and other educational staff to ensure compliance and quality support
