This full-time contract opportunity is open to both licensed SLPs and clinical fellows (CF-SLP) seeking to create meaningful change in the school year. You will deliver critical speech and language services exclusively on-site remote and SLPA applicants are not eligible for this role.
WhatWere Seeking:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or CF-SLP eligibility
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Demonstrated skill in providing speech and language therapy to students
- Proficiency with evaluations, assessments, and IEP development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and interdisciplinary colleagues
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for school-aged students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment
- Maintain documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school standards
- Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and special education teams
- Participate in student meetings and contribute to broader support strategies
Onsite participation is requiredtelepractice is not available for this opening. You will benefit from working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth. Full support during the onboarding process is provided, and all interviews are held virtually via Microsoft Teams for your convenience.
This role is available to begin ASAP and continues through June 2027.
Compensation for this position ranges from $37.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here.
