School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP Springfield, Massachusetts

Unlock your impact as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist by supporting students growth in a vibrant educational setting near Springfield, MA. This full-time contract opportunity is open to both licensed SLPs and clinical fellows (CF-SLP) seeking to create meaningful change in the  school year. You will deliver critical speech and language services exclusively on-site remote and SLPA applicants are not eligible for this role.

• Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or CF-SLP eligibility
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Demonstrated skill in providing speech and language therapy to students
• Proficiency with evaluations, assessments, and IEP development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for school-aged students
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment
• Maintain documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school standards
• Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and special education teams
• Participate in student meetings and contribute to broader support strategies

This role is available to begin ASAP and continues through June 2027.
