Here, you’ll work side-by-side with fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons in a coordinated care model that prioritizes clinical quality and patient outcomes. Our consistent referral stream allows you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional orthopedic care — without the pressure of generating volume or navigating multiple administrative layers.

We offer a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend rotations, and a team-oriented environment that supports both professional growth and work-life balance.

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive salary: $75,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Consistent orthopedic caseload (post-op & non-operative)
• Physician collaboration and coordinated care
• Continuing education support + license reimbursement

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Progress patients based on functional outcomes
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff
• Maintain high-quality documentation and patient experience

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule
