What You’ll Do

As a Lead Representative Payee Specialist, you will provide administrative representative payee services, ensuring funds are distributed correctly, and records are properly maintained in accordance with the Social Security Administration guidelines.

  • Processes, reviews, and supports Account Payable functions
  • Distributes individuals’ funds in accordance with Social Security Administration guidelines.
  • Coordinates with program management on client fund disbursements.
  • Works with vendors to ensure accurate payments
  • Monitors workflows for accuracy and following procedures.
  • Identifies, researches, resolves/reports area of concern and refunds missing funds.
Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required) Associates Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable and/or bookkeeping experience (required)
  • Intermediate experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $30-$36/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
