As a Lead Representative Payee Specialist, you will provide administrative representative payee services, ensuring funds are distributed correctly, and records are properly maintained in accordance with the Social Security Administration guidelines.
- Processes, reviews, and supports Account Payable functions
- Distributes individuals’ funds in accordance with Social Security Administration guidelines.
- Coordinates with program management on client fund disbursements.
- Works with vendors to ensure accurate payments
- Monitors workflows for accuracy and following procedures.
- Identifies, researches, resolves/reports area of concern and refunds missing funds.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required) Associates Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable and/or bookkeeping experience (required)
- Intermediate experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $30-$36/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
