If you are a licensed clinician with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting crisis response teams, we invite you to join our team as a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor.
What You'll DoAs a Triage Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure a rapid, compassionate response to individuals in crisis by managing the flow of crisis calls and ensuring appropriate assignments of mobile assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of Bachelor 's-level Triage Counselors.
- Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
- Monitor the phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
- Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
- Provide real-time oversight and leadership to ensure shift productivity.
- Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain communication with leadership and participate in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.

- Master's Degree in a mental health-related field (required).
- LICSW or LMHC licensure (required).
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience (required).
- Expertise in clinical triage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.
- Excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Recovery-Oriented models and community-based behavioral health services.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, make timely decisions, and maintain a calm, solution-focused presence.

Shift: Friday and Saturday (9pm-7:30am or 10pm-8:30am) 20 hours total Pay: $40.16/hr #LI-AH1
