** Oncology Infusion Suite team

** Springfield, Massachusetts**. Our practice offices are part of a multi-specialty medical group with nearly 1,000 physicians and advanced practitioners serving patients across more than 60 locations in Western Massachusetts.
* MAIV - (Internal career ladder) Minimum of two years as an MA III at Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies for promotion to MA IV. Graduate of an accredited MA program and registered/certified by a third-party credential body.

- MAI - Graduate of an accredited MA program preferred

* * demonstrated competencies of MA I (evaluated by hiring manager) with minimum 1 year experience in a medical office.

- MAII - Graduate of an accredited MA program
** OR
* * demonstrated competencies of MA II (evaluated by hiring manager for level hiring for) with minimum 3 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting.

- MAIII - Graduate of an accredited MA program with a minimum of 5 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting preferred

* * demonstrated competencies of MA III (evaluated by hiring manager) with a minimum of 5 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting

* * minimum of two years as an MA II at a Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies of MA III.
