The Home Health Aide position is a full-time, entry-level role that is based in our Example Corp office in Springfield, MA.

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to patients
• Help patients with ambulation and mobility around the home
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and support to patients
• Perform basic health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and blood sugar levels
• Help patients with medication reminders
• Provide transportation to doctor's appointments and other outings
• Document patients' condition and care in accordance with company policies

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified home health aide training program
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
• At least one year of experience working as a home health aide
• Current CPR certification
