Fallon Health, through Summit Elder Care (PACE), provides personal care, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance in participants' homes and at the PACE center. You will follow care plans, work with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain infection control practices.
Under RN supervision, you will document care in the EMR, assist with activities, and contribute to safe, compassionate support for older adults. Pay ranges from $21.50 to $24.00 per hour, weekdays vs weekends.
