• Clean and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms according to established quality and performance standards.
• Organize and stock cleaning carts and linen closets on assigned floors to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Complete all assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures, reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensuring uniform and personal hygiene standards are met.
• Uphold confidentiality of guest information and proprietary hotel operations.

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.
