Outlet Manager – Hotel Food & Beverage Bring Your Leadership and Passion for Hospitality to Our Team!

Are you an energetic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our hotel’s food and beverage operations and inspire a team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on leader who is passionate about excellent service, team development, and memorable dining experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and other food and beverage outlets.
  • Lead, motivate, train, and develop associates to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Create staff schedules and manage performance to support efficient operations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service requirements.
  • Monitor budgets, labor costs, inventory, revenue, and overall financial performance.
  • Partner with the culinary and service teams to develop appealing menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, welcoming, and inclusive workplace.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous food and beverage management experience; hotel experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and reviewing financial reports.
  • A guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Hospitality or management certifications are a plus.
