HR Talent Acquisition | Nursing Recruitment Specialist
We’re hiring a HR Talent Acquisition to support Talent Acquisition efforts in Springfield, MA (Hybrid). This role requires strong nursing recruitment experience and the ability to drive full-cycle recruitment strategies within a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You’ll Do:- Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and healthcare roles
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to develop sourcing strategies
- Create and manage job postings, evergreen requisitions, and candidate pipelines
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, competencies, and certifications
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide the selection process
- Lead offer discussions and support compensation negotiations
- Manage recruitment processes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and leadership to address hiring challenges
- Develop creative sourcing and marketing strategies to attract top talent
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
- 10+ years of recruitment experience (in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing recruitment experience (5+ years healthcare recruitment preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare careers and clinical operations
- Experience developing strategic sourcing and marketing plans
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions independently
- Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
