LHH is working with a long-standing manufacturing company that is seeking a strong Human Resources Manager to join a fully engaged workforce that truly takes pride in what they do. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience and is excited about long‑term succession opportunities within a high‑growth company.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support and guide supervisors, salaried staff, and hourly employees.
Talent Management
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with employees in a collaborative union environment.
  • Coach managers and employees on HR policies and workplace best practices.
HR Operations
  • Manage HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits coordination, and HRIS updates.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, safety regulations, and reporting.
Training & Development
  • Train leaders and employees on compensation, performance, succession planning, and other key HR topics.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of HR experience (manufacturing & union experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and polished professionalism
  • Ability to work fully on‑site (with one WFH day per week)
  • Someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and highly credible with all levels of staff
  • HR systems experience; ADP Workforce Now is a plus
