Senior Recruiter, Investor Services

Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate recruiting plans
• Deploy a range of innovative and effective sourcing and selection strategies
• Work in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners
• Screen and interview candidates
• Collaborate with HR colleagues in Compensation
• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates
• Maintain Workday, BBH’s Applicant Tracking System
• Support the execution and implementation of workforce policies
• Provide input on market trends
• Deliver appropriate reports, metrics and updates on recruitment progress

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years recruitment experience within financial services (required)
• Knowledge of wealth management, asset management and related infrastructure areas preferred
• Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Strong client service and relationship management skills
• Proven direct sourcing experience
• Excellent research skills
• Experience using an ATS
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite

Demonstrates expertise in recruitment strategies and candidate experience within the financial services sector, with a strong focus on relationship management and collaboration with HR teams. Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and delivering recruitment metrics.
