Responsibilities
- Design and execute culture programming, team activities, and recognition moments
- Own the planning and execution of key M&C gatherings
- Support internal communications efforts that keep the M&C team informed and aligned
- 2 years in communication or learning and development, marketing or human resources
- 3 years in communication or learning and development, marketing or human resources (preferred)
- Event planning experience
- Must have executive presence working with senior leaders
Demonstrates expertise in event planning and internal communications, with a strong ability to design and execute culture programming and team activities. Possesses executive presence and experience collaborating with senior leaders in communication, learning and development, marketing, or human resources.
