wWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources Associat
e to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources function. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits coordination, compliance, and employee engagement while helping build scalable HR processes that support our continued growth
.The Human Resources Associate will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional employee experience, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture

Prepare employment documents, onboarding materials, and HR communicatio - ns.
Support HRIS administration and maintain employee data accura - cy.
Assist with benefits enrollment, employee changes, and vendor coordinati - on.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedur
Recruiting & Talent Acquisit

Support full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and operational positio - ns.
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities and onboardi - ng.

Qualificat
ions
Educa
tion:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related f
ield.
Experi
ence: 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a startup, technology, or high-growth environ
ment.
HR Knowl
edge:
Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle proce
sses.
Communication & Organiza
tion:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information profession
Preferred Qualific
- ations
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, ADP, or similar sy - stems.
Experience supporting multi-state empl - oyees.
Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing technology co - mpany.
Experience supporting compliance initiatives and HR process document
ation.
