• Guide customers through onboarding and initial application adoption, ensuring effective use of deployed GenAI applications
• Monitor product usage and engage with customers to drive ongoing consumption and increase business impact
• Actively track customer satisfaction and success milestones, addressing risks proactively
• Provide technical advocacy by conveying customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Facilitate training sessions and create knowledge-sharing materials for diverse user groups

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solution Engineer, AI Engineer, Technical Customer Success Manager) in SaaS or enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree is a plus
• Familiarity with AI platforms, application lifecycle management, and data-centric solution delivery
• Proven ability to translate complex technical functionality into measurable business outcomes
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both business users and technical stakeholders

• Experience with AI Engineering, including GenAI application development and knowledge of LLMs
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as model deployment and fine-tuning
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment patterns
• Comfort with reading code/logs to diagnose technical issues
