As BHN’s Network, Infrastructure & Telephony Lead, you will own the strategy, performance, and reliability of the core technology systems that keep over 130 programs and 3,000 staff connected to the individuals and communities we serve. You’ll lead infrastructure planning, network architecture, telephony strategy, and vendor partnerships to ensure secure, resilient, and high-performing systems across on-site and remote locations.

- Develop and maintain BHN’s network, infrastructure, and telephony roadmap
- Provide technical oversight and direction to the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Establish standards for architecture, capacity, resiliency, and performance
- Lead infrastructure planning for new sites, expansions, and renovations
- Oversee enterprise networking (LAN/WAN/WiFi, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN)
- Guide BHN’s telephony strategy including VoIP, SIP, Microsoft Teams Phone, call routing, and contact center solutions
- Support cybersecurity controls in collaboration with security and compliance leaders
- Serve as an escalation lead for major infrastructure and connectivity incidents
- Manage vendor relationships for circuits, carriers, hardware, and cloud services
- Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, inventories, and disaster recovery planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of infrastructure and/or network engineering experience, including leadership or architect-level work
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking, firewalls, wireless, and cloud-connected environments
- Experience with VoIP, SIP trunking, Microsoft Teams Phone, or similar unified communications platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra , Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune)
- Experience managing MSP relationships and vendor performance
- Understanding of healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Pay Range: $140,000-$165,000
