This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Springfield/Palmer, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area. The Information Technology Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices. Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. The technician will also assist in system updates, installations, and maintenance, while adhering to company policies and service standards.

• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Help Desk Support for end users
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with Desktop Computers and printers
• Skills in managing and resolving Printer Support issues while ensuring service quality
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software, with familiarity in relevant industry standards and tools
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are preferred but not required
