We are looking for a Sr. Sales Cloud Consultant to join our amazing Lead-to-Cash team. You will bring Salesforce Sales Cloud project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify requirements, develop, QA, and implement solutions. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will give the consultant the opportunity to make significant contributions while working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Salesforce and AI teams.
As the Consultant on the project, you will own requirement execution to ensure the true business objectives of your clients are met with a winning solution.
- Work with our customers to define requirements, and propose & deliver solutions related to their Sales processes
- Support architecture and configure best-in-class implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Configure Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Visual Flows)
- Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
- Partner with our AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
- Acquire new technical expertise and understanding of the latest Salesforce features and major launches
- 4+ years of project experience in a hands-on position
- 3+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of basic Sales, Sales Operations, Rev Ops, and Business Operations with experience solving complex use cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Client-facing experience in Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture

Work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, regional hubs, or remotely; we focus on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team. - Travel:
