We are hiring a Solution Engineer who will collaborate across business segments and verticals—from Financial Services to Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, Communications Media & Technology, Consumer Business Services, Public Sector and others. Responsibilities
  • A Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts, partnering with clients and collaborating with internal team members and C-level contacts to drive consensus on multi-product solutions across Salesforce product lines.
  • Work on assignments that include business development, operations and IT strategy, and executive-level product demonstrations, acting as a trusted advisor to drive innovative solutions and improve business performance.
  • Business Problem Solving: take ambiguous and complex business challenges, research and assess the situation, define the problem, drive innovative ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Innovation Management: focus on the client’s decision‑making process by evaluating solution options, communicating effectively, and driving consensus among key collaborators; help clients develop new decision frameworks and governance processes to deliver lasting value.
  • Connect Experiences: demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with Salesforce solutions, delivering executive-level demos, building future-state customer journey strategies, and creating long‑term IT roadmaps.
  • Solutioning: assist the customer, Account Executive, and Professional Services team with discovery, analysis, and recommendation of strategic solutions, delivering transformational pitches based on live product demonstrations and validating solutions that address each customer’s unique challenges.
  • Discover customer business needs, positioning the best Salesforce solution to achieve those objectives.
  • Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations focused on Salesforce products to multiple customer personas, showing how Salesforce will accelerate strategies and create a path to value.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the customer’s architecture as it relates to Salesforce solutions.
  • Orchestrate and lead cross‑functional solutions guides, aligning them with the opportunity strategy.
  • Develop and deliver the customer experience story aided by Salesforce technologies.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to maintain the knowledge essential for success.
  • Travel as required based on territory alignment and region.
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, web technologies, and related applications.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
