We are looking for a Data Center Engineer with experience in handling data center operations, hardware support, and basic network troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting servers, cabling, rack & stack activities, and coordinating with remote teams for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support daily data center operations.
- Perform rack and stack of servers, switches, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues.
- Handle cabling, patching, and connectivity checks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during maintenance activities.
- Monitor power, cooling, and overall data center health.
- Support incident management and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of activities and changes.
- Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and networking.
- Experience with data center operations and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of switches, routers, and cabling.
- Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
