Senior Product Manager – Cambridge, MA
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end strategy and delivery of AI‑enabled healthcare products that solve real clinical and operational problems. This role requires strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to partner closely with clinical leaders, customers, and internal teams in a fast‑growing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own product strategy, value, and outcomes: define vision, roadmap, and business case; write clear proposals and present to senior leaders.
- Lead stakeholder interviews with customers, operators, and clinicians to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable requirements.
- Partner with customers to integrate solutions into real‑world clinical environments.
- Collaborate with prompt engineering, data science, UX, clinical, regulatory, and other product teams to design, build, and ship high‑quality AI‑enabled healthcare products.
- Own requirements for new product waves and enhancements, balancing speed, quality, and regulatory considerations.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement in outcomes, workflows, and customer value.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success on product launches, positioning, and adoption; support customer‑facing activities.
- Define and track success metrics tied to customer outcomes, adoption, and business impact; use data and feedback to refine product direction.
- 8+ years of product management experience, directly building healthcare products (not revenue‑cycle or back‑office‑only systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field.
- Hands‑on exposure to EMR/EHR systems and clinical workflows.
- Experience owning products end‑to‑end in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong customer‑facial experience with operators, clinicians, and physician leaders.
- Understanding of AI‑enabled product workflows and ability to partner with AI and data science teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting strategy to senior and clinical leadership.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage change, and stay effective in fast‑moving environments.
- Nice to have: experience in primary‑care settings; deeper AI/ML product experience; partnership with AI or prompt‑engineering teams; familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Aha, and Miro.
Hybrid role with a requirement to work a minimum of three days per week in the Cambridge office. Regular in‑person collaboration with product, engineering, clinical, and AI teams is important for workflow. Open to travel approximately 2–3 days per quarter for quarterly planning and customer engagement.
Pay TransparencyFactors determining pay include skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees in this role. Base salary may be supplemented by performance‑based incentive and/or equity, depending on position and company performance.
