Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure network and system architectures to protect critical data and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk analyses to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with federal regulations and industry best practices.
- Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to integrate security controls into development and deployment pipelines.
- Mid‑level experience (3–5 years) in information systems security within a defense or high‑security environment.
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs) and vulnerability management tools.
- Hands‑on experience with security architecture frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and incident response processes.
- TS/SCI clearance required; ability to maintain and renew clearance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
