Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Travel Support Technician to join their Digital Enterprise team in Massachusetts. This full-time position is hands-on and travel-based, offering the expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple healthcare sites, including Boston and Charlestown.
The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a strong customer service mindset and 3-5 years of technical support experience. Responsibilities include providing desktop support, facilitating hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless service for clinicians and staff.
This position is based out of Charlestown Navy Yard with an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks.
