About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale platform consolidation and cloud migration initiative currently in progress and expected to run through late 2027.
This role sits at the center of a high-impact transformation, driving the migration of legacy systems and platforms to modern cloud-based solutions. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver critical program milestones across the organization.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex platform consolidation and cloud migration program
- Drive migration from DXC and legacy database platforms to modern cloud-based systems
- Manage programs spanning Annuity and Wealth business units across 3 organizational locations
- Operate effectively within a highly matrixed environment, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Establish and lead daily standups and governance routines
- Maintain strong alignment with executive leadership, providing status, risk mitigation, and strategic direction
- Ensure system connectivity and integration across platforms throughout the transformation
- Partner with vendors and internal teams (some Agile exposure, though overall Waterfall delivery model)
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager leading large, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Strong background in platform consolidation, system integration, and cloud migration
- Experience working in complex, multi-team, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with legacy system modernization and vendor transitions
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Degree requirements are flexible based on experience - Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in Springfield, MA
- Program operates primarily in a Waterfall environment
- Performance-based bonuses tied to successful delivery of consolidation milestones
