OverallResponsibilities
The Vice President, Intelligence is the senior leadership role responsible for the strategic pursuit of AI innovation and value creation across the enterprise. The role merges business acumen, strategic insight, innovation, and technological expertise to realize the full potential of AI beyond automation and productivity improvement. Key focus areas include driving AI transformation, improving enterprise AI literacy, creating AI strategies, evolving AI capabilities, implementing participative operating models, and codifying governance practices that reduce risk and increase business value.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
:
Accelerate AI‑driven innovation and transformation by building and maintaining a vision for how AI will drive value aligned with strategic objectives. Work with board members, the corporate C‑Suite, and business leadership to establish a world‑class AI strategy and organization, including goal setting and measurement of AI initiatives. - Client‑Facing Business Collaboration
:
Foster collaboration and bridge departmental gaps to develop cross‑organizational alignment with the enterprise AI vision. Build an internal and external AI ecosystem, establish relationships with vendors, partners, research institutes, regulators, industry associations, and other stakeholders. Inform and deliver on ambitious product roadmaps to accelerate growth. - Governance Leadership
:
Chair the AI governance board and evolve responsible AI policies and governance programs to address regulatory and compliance requirements—especially data usage, model explainability, fairness, and privacy. Ensure audit controls and ethical mandates are met, collaborate with security, risk, compliance, legal, ethics, and safety stakeholders, and establish transparent portfolio evaluation and management practices to measure ROI of AI initiatives. - Hands‑On Subject Matter Expert

Cultivate AI literacy across the enterprise, lead transformation efforts, and develop change management programs. Define operating models and delivery capabilities to engineer and operationalize AI initiatives, ensuring scalable and seamless integration across the organization. - Business Knowledge

Understand business concepts deeply enough to engage in problem‑solving sessions and discuss business issues in stakeholder language; align AI initiatives with organizational vision, strategic goals, market circumstances, and competitor activities. - AI‑Driven Business Transformation
:
Understand how decision intelligence, agentic AI, and other AI practices can transform decision‑making and work practices. Articulate AI’s transformative impact on current and future objectives, including new business models and measurable value based on KPIs. - AI Industry Knowledge
:
Leverage industry dynamics and core mission to pinpoint high‑impact AI opportunities, identify risks and opportunities, and assess potential disruption or extension of existing business models. - Communication & Influence
:
Bridge communication gaps to align AI initiatives across diverse business units; effectively communicate complex AI topics to stakeholders. - Regulatory & Compliance
:
Familiar with regulatory requirements and relevant data protection laws such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA. - Leadership
:
Proven track record of applying and orchestrating AI across an organization, leading multidisciplinary teams, balancing responsibilities, building consensus, and influencing without direct authority.
