Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support mobile device ecosystems, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with security policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain device management policies, including configuration, access control, and incident response.
- Coordinate software deployment, updates, and patch management for all mobile assets.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide tier‑2/3 support to end users.
- Collaborate with security and network teams to integrate mobile devices into broader defense infrastructure.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration and mobile device management.
- Proven expertise in policy management and software lifecycle management for mobile platforms.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain) and U.S. citizenship.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in a high‑security environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
