Business Analyst – ERP Implementation

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong ERP implementation experience to support enterprise projects and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful ERP and EDI integrations.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during ERP implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Support ERP and EDI integrations, workflows, and process optimization.
• Collaborate on Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, ensuring data quality, governance, and consistency.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing actionable solutions.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with ERP implementation exposure.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI processes, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governance practices.
