Infrastructure background- NOT AN EXPERT
- Mostly IT infrastructure projects
- Manage work across multiple teams
- Coordinate moving pieces rather than being deeply technical
- Keep projects organized and moving quickly
- Work cross-functionally with infrastructure and business teams
- Primarily waterfall delivery model
- Every project includes a steering committee
- Senior leadership is heavily involved in projects
