About Us: We are a leading technology solutions provider, committed to delivering innovative and scalable cloud solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in managing scrum events in any one of the following: GCP cloud foundation build, on‑premises to GCP migration, and Vertex AI implementation projects using Jira and Confluence.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and coordinate cloud foundation building projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
• Oversee the migration of on‑premises infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Vertex AI solutions for advanced machine learning and AI capabilities.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage tasks, and document project details.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to achieve project goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues through DSR, WSR, ESR.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing cloud‑related projects.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud foundation building, on‑premises to GCP migration, and Vertex AI implementation.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and IAM.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts, particularly Vertex AI.
• Understanding of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools like Dataflow, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.
• Experience with API management and microservices architecture.

Minimum Compensation: USD 45,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 158,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
