A successful candidate will design and configure system-wide system integrations, develop, and write technical documentation for all Wellfleet projects. The TA will also be key to documenting and developing technical capabilities. Including, but not limited to, web portals, ETL/ESB, relevant IT security, Okta SSO, CICD processes with consideration for business requirements, budget, data analytics, performance, scalability and desired user experience.
In this role, you will…
- Lead a small development team and serve independently as the IT Technical Architect within a lean-agile environment to identify and document technical specifications.
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts, utilizing strong analytical, conceptual, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.
- Partner effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior leadership to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and requirements
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze and resolve system issues
- Apply information processing principles, industry best practices, and architectural standards to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions.
- Review and validate code, acceptance tests, and technical deliverables to ensure desired functionality
- Read, write, and troubleshoot C#, Java, and T-SQL code to enhance, maintain, and patch existing systems and applications
- Read, write and support REST API's to facilitate system and data exchange
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, promoting coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement
- Participate in testing processes (IT/Unit Testing)
- Use design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and solutions
- Create code that is stable, efficient, and reusable
- Estimate the level of effort and time required to complete assigned IT work to meet expected delivery time frames
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a member of the team with minimal supervisory direction
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with…
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field and 8+ years' experience as a Systems Architect, or IT role delivering large, complex and strategic technology initiatives
- 4+ years of health plan, managed care, voluntary insurance or healthcare experience
- Experience with Enterprise Architect (SparkX), MS Visio or related software
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Stack
- Knowledge of ETL and ESP technology tools
- Knowledge of MS Visual Studio 22+ & SQL Server '22+
- Experience with TFS, Git Hub (or similar source safe tool) and the organization of source code to accomplish CICD.

Wellfleet is part of the Med Pro Group family. As such, all Wellfleet team members are employees of Med Pro Group Inc. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $125,000 to $165,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
