- Own the design of system architecture and data flow for the Deltek Costpoint ERP
- Lead integration efforts between various business systems
- Maintain system currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations
- Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule
- Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work
- Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools
- Liaise with end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs
- Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs
- Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests
- Manage business system implementation projects within budgets and schedules
- Lead user acceptance testing, collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Develop reports for data analysis and operational visibility
- Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries
- Coordinate with IT and developers to meet security and technical standards
- Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines
- Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years prior related experience
- ERP system administration experience
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required)
- SharePoint experience (required)
- Microsoft Power Automate experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Power BI experience (preferred)
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (preferred)
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and workflow improvements
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- Ability to balance technical depth with business needs
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or a protected individual as defined by ITAR
Demonstrates expertise in ERP system administration, particularly with Deltek Costpoint, and excels in managing system architecture, integrations, and workflow improvements. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential for driving cross-functional alignment and delivering effective user training.
